Since I’ve decided that eating out is both expensive, time consuming AND highly likely to give this celiac sufferer an unpleasant afternoon – I’ve decided to publish 30 lunches.
This is to inspire me to make them, and to share them with others who may be looking to save a few buck and keep the tummy ache away!
These lunches are designed to go to work, school or even eat at home for dinner. I always avoid gluten, and I try not to eat too much dairy, yeast, corn or soy.
